I work in the deli in Kroger with a hateful woman who constantly reminds everyone of every small thing that they do wrong. If you forget to do something she reminds you of it. She constantly correcting everyone and telling everyone what to do.
Now, the point of all that is she never does her job, she's always trying to get out of work by making sure that she's policing everyone else. Even when she half assed does her job she forgets half the things that she complains everyone else forgets.
Noone is allowed to talk to her about it because it's not "green" "that is just her personality" "she doesn't mean to be such a bitch" "take the high road and ignore her"
I'm tired of this mentality. Any ideas on what I can do or say to her to get her to shut the hell up without being fired, or reprimanded.
At this point I'd punch her in the face if I could get away with it. (possibly a joke)
OMG I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM IN MY STORE !!!!! SHE IS SUCH A B$%&#$ . First off there is not much you can do to get fired. just tell her how you feel . They can't fire you your in the union ! yay union . They can't even fire ppl who suck at their job. GOOD LUCK !
Same thing in the deli at my store. The woman ain't even the Dept. Head but tries to make the other girls lives miserable. Then the rest of us who don't work in the Dept. have to hear the deli girls complain when go to lunch or break.
We have the same problem in our deli/bakery. This person is constantly belittling everyone, even if they don't work in our department. You can ask a simple question and you get an answer like you should know that already, why are you asking me you dumb ass. It's like walking on eggshells around her. Avoidance doesn't work either. The only good days are when she isnt there. What a different atmosphere. We have fun and get all of our work done.
YOur union. Like above, you can be a lump and suck at your job and they won't fire you. Just don't get caught stealing, thats about the only thing they can get rid of you over and the union can't help you there.
