It's a proven fact that bright lights increase productivity but at 11:15-6:00 the lights are drastically turned down.This creates shadows that make it harder to see and causes a depressing mood.Why would they want to create an atmosphere that is very inviting to theiving thugs and women with big purses to steal,while at the same time makes it very uninviting to regular customers.This procedure is not saving money in the long run!
Try working in the accounting room with no direct overhead lighting...I worked by flashlight many mornings! My boss told me to bring in a lamp then corporate made my shifts later -bastards and asshats, each and every one!
They should just close the stores at 11pm or Midnight. More $hit walks out the door than is rang up at night.
