I had a job offer to work for kroger I had to turn it down because of how I was treated at previous krogers. I feel sorry for the people who work at kroger it's so sad but hey we all need to work. But I turned kroger down and I'm feeling free and better than ever so glad. I just couldn't deal with the kroger drama and gossip and also people should know being in enviroments where most of the employees have not even got an associate degree is not a good work enviroment for me. I'm not judging anyone because I would not like to be judge but it's far better work environents then krogers seems like every store is the same but anywho. Have a great night u all.

the one good point made is that kroger does have a bunch of uneducated people working/running the stores. i firmly believe that a manager should have some formal education before stepping into the management role. at the very least they should have an extensive training program. and one of the ost important aspect of that would be INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. Hell, most the managers and alot of employees do not know how to converse.
it would be nice to see store management stop walking around their kingdom with a cup of coffee in their hand doing nothing but maybe chalk up some work lists and pass them on to their minions. maybe then some work would get done.

lol walmart sucks, but not as much as kroger. I shop at Meijer because they have excellent quality produce unlike krogers rotting crap that they try to push so hard to make that extra money... The stores are much cleaner, and have a better selection. Meijers doesnt try to shove their name brand **** down your throat like kroger does. And to the smart ass thats going to ask why I dont work for meijer then.... I dont want to find out that they're as ****ty as kroger, and end up hating meijer aswell.
