Has any one heard of any stores doing this? I heard from a co worker that they do anual drug tests for anyone who has been employed for a year or longer. It this true?
If you get hurt on the job, they can test you right away. But they can not justr come in and start testing every one ( randomly or set times) without violating ones rights and would have to negotiate it with the union and all the locals involved. Now as for management? They have no rights and can be tested when kroger says so.
But I have no problem if they ask me? I have nothing to hide. But if our local says no, I will stand beside it and say no.
