what is the policy on calling in do you have to tell your shift manager or just a manager because my boyfriend was recently put on a weeks suspension for calling in one day the week before...apparently he was supposed to tell the shift manager not the manager he talked to......he let at least two managers know but stilll got suspended its ridiculous
