i noticed that they only give women at kroger raises and promotions i have been there for 4 years AGE 21. have asked for a promotion for a open front manager position. was turned down to a fat 20 yr old with a 25 iq. and 1 yr experience. she got the job and raise. i am quitting in a month if all the top positions are ****s fat cu*ts

Here is the only thing I can say on that. Seniority is to rule but Kroger and the store director has the right to choose their department managers as they choose. Just depends or what they are looking for first. I was passed over several times for a market and more qualified that a few but had to learn to get my head out of my ass and prove it , over a period of time, first.
Only think I can say for a fact in local 540 is that a market manager can not be hired off the street and that a new hire can not be promoted ,to a market manager ,until their probation period is up. Market managers are to be chosen from a pull of candidates chosen by the meat MR and those  that have requested the position and has sent in a request to human resource  and the union. Management then can choose from that group who ever they want. If all qualifications are the same then the most senior person gets the job.

Do not see where there is any sex discrimination here other that you thinking it was based on sex alone.
