Open letter to my Division Office

Dear Division Office,

You suffer from delusions of grandeur.

You are not Gods.

You don't know everything.

Your only talent is sucking **** which is why you are in the position you are in.

You sit in an office all day, sucking President/Vice President ****.

You have no idea what is going on in the stores.

You do not cure cancer. You sell food which is something EVERYBODY needs. How hard is that?

Get over yourself.

Please & Thank you,

Dead Barney

i totally disagree.  our zone manager is female and we've had several female managers in our store.  most of them get power-trippy more than the guys do.  I'm not being sexist, but really when you're doing a job that's mostly consisted of men...real hard physical labor, you don't want to listen to the women complaining about cramps or hormones or anything.

let me add however that it is nice to be able to talk about things to female manager they tend to be better listeners when it comes to certain matters.

OMG!! I think more women work in the grocery stores and more men "manage" the buisiness. Checking isn't realy hard physical work, you must look at the store as a whole. If a female is complaining about cramps at work, tell her tmi and walk away.

I totally feel in my area there are not enough women in power. I see men get promoted more often then females. I see more male managment trainees then females too. disbelief
