Probably any Kroger store......they seem to b the same.....but most likely a SO IL store.............like #*) or ^$@ or &!! or maybe even ^&@..........................

Seems like you are able to vent here. No-one stopping you. Maybe you just do not have the balls to face the facts that those above you needs to give you direction from time to time. If that is not it then work your ass off to get a head of them and be their boss. No one is stopping you from your job here because of any posts you make. Has to be the little man syndrome . I still manage to get **** done and I have posted everything from my store , local, division and zone managers name and I am still here and able to get things done. Hell the Zone manager has even read a few posts of mine and only found it by goggling his name.
Always funny how those paranoid idiots are fearful for their jobs based on posting in any forum. If they ( anonymous posters) are that scared of Kroger monitoring public forums, then they better get a real life .
P.S. ---------- be careful of the kroger subliminal messages in kroger radio and the thousands of hidden cameras to spy on employees in and out of the store.

Do you believe that Corporate really has the time or cares what goes on in any of these forums? It is a great place to bitch and complain and even exchange info and get good advice from time to time. So why does anyone have to post as anonymous unless they are that paranoid or suffer from little man syndrome.

people at our store really would waste their time on this forum trying to punish people for their posts. Lame I know, but they get off on it.

Now remember that kroger is on Key we-telling and ELMS. last time I saw an ELms repot there is no time for internet or even Forum searching. To do so would viotale company standards and waist tile if it is not on elms. They would have to do it on their own time and then that would constitute working off the clock. Would have to then file a grievance against them.

And as far as Elms, it does not apply to them, and when your workin 60 plus hours a week,which she does, you surely are gonna run out Kroger associate manager things to do. So who is the one that is saying ELMS does not apply to them. Elms is part of key retailing and that applies to all employees and management. She may be on salary but Elms does apply. Every manager in the store has a list of things that has to be done and an ELMS report that tells them how long they have to do it. I have had many store managers and Co`s share their elms reports and what they have to do. Now as an associate then she needs to get the work out of her crew or stay and get it done herself. plain and simple.
Now company policies does not let anyone( including management ) use the store computers for personal use. A public forum is just that. A public forum and unless she is directed by your HR department or KMA staf then she is performing an illegal act and invading your private business. Now not knowing what KMA you are in then it is hard to say but I would contact your union rep and let them know that she ( and if management is letting her do it on company time) is violating your private and personal rights. There is noting she can or any other manager can do because you post on an open forum. Tell her and the rest of the staff at store 642 to get a life or you will file complaints and violations of harassment from them using company time to invade and harass you for posts made on a public forum on your own time.
