Since I've only been at Kroger for 1 year I'm not sure how signing bids work. I see the papers in the break room and it says sign your name and either SS# or enterprise ID. Does my manager send this info to the other store, or do I have to call after I sign the paper?
the bid sheet is emailed to your marketing area's human resources office. they are then required to give the list of names to the store and to your union local. the union keeps tabs to make sure that the people who have the ability and seniority aren't passed over for the job in favor of the butt kisser.
