Does anyone actually pass a Key Refailing Certfication

I'm curious if other stores have actually passed this.

The store I work at got a 70 and got out of the zone VP paying a visit because of it.

The main problem I have with key retailing is the standards or rules change everytime they audit our store. I was told the store had to be conditioned wall to wall by 10 am or it was an automatic fail. So how can they do an audit at 8 am? We still have 2 hours to complete key retailing conditioning. Also they did the audit before we worked the order making it almost impossible to try and match balances.

corporate pieces of **** don't have a clue.  they will always find something wrong.  It could be that I farted and coughed at the same time and that will make us fail.  Our store looks great but they'll keep us from a perfect store because there's a f*****g crack in the floor that's been there for a century or however long my old ass store has been open

Actually, not one store has passed since inception of Key Refailing over 5 years ago. Its the passing at 100% behaviors and numerics AND maintaining next check to get you there.
Not one of those corporate clowns have gone back to ask "why after five years... ?".
My husband is Six Sigma knowledgeable ( Six Sigma is applied to Key Refailing)  and agrees with the scholars - "Six Sigma fails long term when appled to retail because it does NOT grow a business". Search the internet  for Six Sigma yourself.

Key Retailing takes more time, not less. The best way to approach it as a worker is to say I will do what I can and don't argue with the managers. I personally do not worry about what I can't finish. I just tell them I did what I could. You will always get the managers that tell you that you can do better; just say nothing in response to that and just do what you can.

I pass gas does that count. Seriously though my store has not and I have not heard of one that has. I do know about stores with higher scores.

you have to make sure your scan rates are at least 98% for all cashiers.  but you know this key retailing is everything a man could dream up, so if it were done by woman, these stores would h ave no problem passing these scores.  in work in a kroger store in beaver wv and i think we got a 90% once.  and that hasn't been too long ago.

Hate to break it to you, but women in kroger are as bad as men. The only difference is the women can wear tight ass jeans to show off, well their tight ass, they get away with so much if they don't they cry harrassment. The managers are too scared of that chance so they just make the guys miserable.
