1. get about 30 items/min or higher consistently on the big lane 2. get about 17 items/min or higher consistently on the express lane 3. keep your average tender time per customer at .70 or less (.50 or below is best)
do these three things and you're guaranteed a 95% or higher
Or...just hit EFT when the customer is taking forever getting the stuff on the belt, you have to get cigarettes, or having a brain fart when they are writing out a check... mine are never under 110 and that's the only thing I do.
