My fiance and I both work for Kroger, and are looking into adoption. Kroger is listed under the Dave Thomas Foundation as offering assistance/benefits for adopting. I've looked everywhere trying to find out what they are, and no one seems to know. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.
Under what capacity do you and your wife work for kroger? I know that they provide up to $3000 for adoption costs + 2 weeks off for the caregiver. However this might only be for corporate / managerial positions.
Best of luck on making your family

First of all, I wish only the best for you and your wife with your adoption. I found a website that lists what thedude has already stated but there is a link to contact them for more information as well - http://www.dunnhumby.com/us/join-us-company-benefits. I hope this helps and lots of luck to you and yours!

The link is for working at a company called Dunn Humby... I doubt it would apply to Kroger employees, but the company must be related to Kroger in some way, since they are eligible for the Kroger employee discount.
