What do you think of the Kompass program? Is this costing union jobs?

I'm glad I don't have to do it. They are held to strict time schedule, eight hours to do that- 13 hours for soup or whatever.

I do not like them helping with signs ie Cart Busters, Mega ads. That's my job.

Lots of stuff gets dumped on the Kompass cart because people don't know where it goes or how to mark items inactive.

Everthing the company does is trying to screw full time union members out of a job.

I have never heard of the Kompass program before and I don't know what it is.

Who cares if it is!  The union is only there to protect the lazy ass workers.  Good workers don't need the union.

I consider myself a 'good' worker. Does that mean that I can tell the union to screw off and stop taking $7 out of my paycheck each week? :P

Kompass is one of the inventory/stock management programs... they're the ones who come through and do shelf resets and POG sets...
