I wouldn't worry about it. I used to sign such agreements when I was in radio advertisement : 'DON'T YOU EVER WORK FOR OUR COMPETITION OR WE'LL COME AFTER YOU AND STEAL YOUR CHILDREN'S EYES'............Thirteen years later, my kids' eyes are still intact. Don't worry about it.
