Have any of you noticed a manager wearing a cell phone with a que vision app installed? We got one at our store and the co manager gave it to me the other night when I was the late man in grocery and the most senior employee left in the evening.
Anyway he told me to keep an eye on it. But several times it went off it was because customers were standing under the heat sensor talking. Just wondering if anyone out there has been through this.
Our store gets lots of calls about this, so I hear. But we are located in the ghetto, and when people here come shopping, they tend to bring the whole family.
This is just another example of Kroger thinking one size fits all for their stores.
Kroger needs to learn that each store has it's own quirks and personality. It would make things so much better for the employees.

Interesting.....Yea, the Kroger I shop at is in the hood too, and now that I think of it, nobody working there has even heard of this QVP.
