Texlon? Is that what you call the RF Guns? If so, then it may not be employee theft. I remember a long while back a bunch of notices went out about customers stealing them. They resell them on ebay. I guess just don't leave them laying out where customers can get to them.
Yes, our dairy manager has done the same. Maybe a couple times. We are down to 7 I think for the whole store. 2 for receiving, the one each for deli/bakery, meat, produce, G/M/Non-foods, and then the last one trying to fight over between all grocery guys and frozen and dairy deparments.
We have one for each department, plus a couple extra, and people still fight over them. The meat department tries to hide extra in their department. So does Drug GM. It's a pain. If people would just stick to their ONE, and stop being lazy about going across the store to get their gun.. then people wouldnt fight and find theirs missing a lot.
Ahh the good ol SPA gun as It's called at FredMeyer. We have one for each perishable dept, and 2 for grocery. And one for food receiver, one for nonfood receiver, and some for price auditors. There has been a rash of theft lately here in Portland of guns, some tards running into the back rooms and just taking all they can find. So we've all had to hide the guns In the computer room, with the charging station, and sign them in and out. What I don't get is what good is it to steal one? It has the Kroger software installed, that would be of nonuse to anyone else. And the guns are all old tech, so the components really aren't worth anything. Ahhh gotta love meth heads.......
Does any one want know why those texlon guns are so expensive
Its becuase if u look at the front the gun where the laser comes out there is a 24 karat gold plate that moves back and forth to help spread the laser into a beam
