If you see a bunch of people in the store wearing either business suits or "civilian" clothes with a Kroger name tag, be on your best behavior. Those are the key retailing people.
There's a bunch of stuff I disagree on with key retailing. Too time consuming that ends up hurting sales in my opinion. Sure organiztion of some things are nice, but not go too far. I think we are close to wave 7? And there is 20 freakin waves. holy poop.
Micromanaging hurts a business as well as not managing at all. They are going too extreme on this.
I agree 100%, Cathy! In this case of Key Retailing, I would hope Kroger learns from Walmart's bad example....what with all the similarities. Walmart lost 87 million customers just last year alone, and I can promise it's mostly because of this program they're on, resulting in: empty shelves, deleted items, no one to stock, etc.
just whenever they come, act concerned and like you want to learn and improve. ask questions but know that once they leave it is back to the normal way things go.
after all - isnt that the way it always goes
