I've been doing pretty good the last few weeks, my elms always being in the top 5.
But then I was suddenly asked to print out a thingy (nosale-96-signon) and was told that my .47 tendertime was bad and that below .50 is considered failing. (the lady that told me this, I couldn't even tell you her position, she's always in the back office though) A few other employees were told this by her too.
I asked my floor manager and she said I'm doing great and that the lady who told me that must've just been confused.
