i dont know why they dont just put 10-??? on the 3rd shifts schedule at my store. i am always scheduled to leave at 3 am but always end up staying until 6 or 7 because the frozen lead asked me to stay. i dont mind the extra money but i dont want to start getting yelled at because i am pt and get close to 38 hours a week.
If it's what your management wants you to do, don't worry about it. You're covered. Two better questions might be, how many consecutive weeks do you get required to do this, and how does it affect your chances at getting full time?
