i really wish that deli would get their own freezer. i also wish they would stack palets according to department, i have to get some much meat off of my pallets in the frozen foods cooler it takes up alot of time.

You sound like me. If I'm off they either leave it in the back freezer OR they put it all on trucks and roll it into the deli/bakery freezer. The next day I basically have to put away two orders. It's even worse when I go on vacation. I come back from vacation and the freezer is a disaster. It doesn't help that a lot of the people doing the ordering don't know how to order. If you get a case of something in one day and you don't use it, why are you ordering it again?
