who else here works in the frozen department overnight. i have been doing it about 4 days and have so far been half ass trained. the guy over me went on vacation this week and kinda left me to figure it out for myself. no wonder people hate this place. they train you the bare minimum and then expect you to catch on like you have been doing this for months. the stocking and stuff is the easy part but all the backstock scans and stuff i havent been trained on
that part i got as i have been stocking at different stores for years. the backstock scanning and printing reports and stuff is what i dont get
You just don't know how to use the gun?
the jest of it is whatever you have in backstock you scan with the gun just to make sure the amounts are right then you print out the report after you make corrections.
