I went from part time to a full time lead position recently, how many 40 hour weeks/8 hour shifts until i see this and have my pay rate and/or title change, or is this something i need to bug management about? Also i should be getting back pay to my effective position change right?
Sometimes it takes a couple weeks. Make sure someone has submitted a "PIA" request for you. Then it has to be approved up the chain of command of your division. However as soon as its approved you will recieve a retroactive paycheck for the difference between what you were paid and what you are now paid dating back to the first day you were scheduled as lead.
