I have worked in a Marketplace for 3 years. I have been in frozen food up until a month ago when the store manager decided to move me to the meat department to do lunchmeat because the person who had been doing it was failing. Now, after a month of working my butt off in lunchmeat he wants to move me back to frozen food and put someone with more seniority than me in lunchmeat. Is there anyway I can say no I don't want to move again or am I just screwed?
depends is he the store manager or a department head? If it's management they will just say you had to fill in for the needs of the store. If it's a department head then you can go over his head.
