I tried a few times changing my availability to get more hours but it didn't happen. So I decided to back to open availability. Will I get the max hours I'm supposed to or will I keep getting the same go-round?

It is hard say whether or not you get max hours right now .... Because this is the time of the year where they do major hr cuts.... But hrs usally pick back up a couple of weeks before Easter....
