Does Anyone know when w2 forms will be mailed out?

I believe Kroger waits until the last day to mail them out, (January 31)

usally around Jan 31st you will get it in the mail.... But if you sign up to get on line you were able to get them on the 20th..... Because I have gotten my and my taxes are done....
