Before your fired

In my opinion,

If you have seen the writing on the wall and you know your going to be fired or that there is a damn good possibility of being fired your best bet is to quit.  Take some time off from this place and reapply like a year later. By then you may have a new manager and tempers will have cooled.

Once your fired your options are really limited and getting your next job is more difficult.

What say the rest of you?

the only draw back to quiting, is no chance of being able to draw unemployement, where as if your fired there is a slim chance.

all in ll thou, it's better to leave on your own terms.

if your fired kroger WILL give you bad references, eve thou it's illegal in many states.

they told my present boss,  who diddn'beilive  them, that I had a drug problem, and i assume they said that to other jobs i applied for. whats so pitiful about that, was  not only  have  I NEVER even TRIED drugs in my entire life, but i,ve spoken to youth groups about a straight edge lifestyle !no

kroger has no problem lieing to make you look bad.
