New Clerks start at 8.25 top out at 9.75 this includes Grocery GM and Cashiers. Baggers/UT's are stuck at 8.25 (min wage in IL) permanently. Deli and Bakery are also stuck at 8.25 forever.
Head Grocery, Head GM. Head Produce, Head Deli/Bakery, Head FE 13.00
Head Frozen, Head Dairy 12.20
Backup Dept heads, Head File and Night Crew Leader get +.35 on top what they get.
Night Premium is .50
Dont know anything about meat. They have a different contract. I would like to shout out to UFCW 536 for keeping our wages below most competitors in the area Hurrah!
Atlanta division here, all baggers get $7.25 (federal minimum wage) and even part time clerks make that since we are between contracts. Can't speak for other department heads, but as lead dairy clerk I make $10.95.
