They are interested in what one has to say and looking at ways to make a work place better , but my experience is this. If it is going to cost very much money then it probably will not happen. This is , i think, their 3rd survey they have done and notice a few little things that has come about over the last few years. Still would you rather have it and be able to give a true answer or work somewhere that the corporate office does not want to even try to see what the employees think or care about the work place.
I know everyone in the meat market put "negative" information in those surveys, yet somehow we surpassed scores on them. I don't feel like my ideas count.
