That is a question that can not be answered without more information.
Here is what I can tell you according to our contract.
Answer is No.
But here is where it is different. If you start out with us then everyone startes at the same rate depending on the experience. From there you top out at a certain pay level. Full time tops out at a higher rate. your benefits are higher and kicks in sooner.
What you need to do is look at the company pay scale, talk to your shop steward or union and see where you stand.
