How do I or can I get my job back?

I got took of the schedule in July 2011 and the union told me I was terminated than a volunatry resigantion than I had a meeting but didn't know until the night before because I was out of town and my union rep emailed me though I gave him my phone number and couldn't go, this was in October, what do I do? what can I do? I was there for 6 years and miss it so much...

dude that slave ship has sailed..get over it. surely u can find another entry level, low pay with the xtra reaming of union dues job Shirley?

but this was a great April Fool's joke if that's what it was but if it wasn't then ur a seriously deranged individual that needs counseling asap!

If you grow a huge pair of tits or are suddenly a member of a minority you can probably be a member of management.

boy ain't that the truth.... a one-legged, black gay person has the upper hand in promotions/hirings while ye olde caucasian male that has actually worked his way up will get turned down for mgmt. in a heartbeat!

all of our managers are white male's, but they are extreme *******s so i am assuming thats how they got the position

 deffinatly can't get help from the union, if your a white male.

they can't toot thier horn over helping straight white guys, so they don't bother
