You better be careful on those sites if you use Windows. They may be a trojan if it ask you to install an extention like Active X. If you use a mac or linux you may be safe.

I'm sorry, but in this day and age if you're still getting infected, you're an idiot and someone should confiscate your computer. And if you're watching/downloading movies online, you really ought to find yourself a private torrent tracker.
