can i get suspended from krogers for dying my hair red when two other employees have red hair? i was told by the one it is considered natural yes it is a little bright but the handbook does say red but it does not specify what color red.
no but put it ( your hair) into something of a style that is not business like or color it in different colors that is not normal ( had a blond place several bright color steaks in hers ) and they can , and are able to, send you home to change it.
why cant you wear whatever color or style of hair that you wish? ok your hair is red. they do not approve. so go in bald. what can they say about that?

NO NO NO! The only acceptable dye job is KROGER BLUE! Besides it has been well documented that any person with RED hair is insane! Think about it- any person u've met or worked with that had red hair is a complete misfit that had a hidden agenda of disrupting the morale and harmony of his/her workplace. Kroger has every right to ban redheads from their stores!
Now really. I was kidding. I am not a ginger red but my hair has a little red to it. Its a dark reddish blond. I am not sure what color my hair would be called.
Ginger is a light brown color has no red in it! go over to produce dept and have clerk show u some ginger root if u don't believe me. from what u describe ur a strawberry blonde not a redhead nor a carrot top!
Hello! I've got really red hair, and I've been working at Kroger for over 5 years. My hair doesn't look natural by any means, lol. I have mine up in a hat all the time, but people can still see it, and no one has ever said anything to me. Also, my sister-in-law works in Floral... her hair color is actually the same. It's never been a problem. I guess it depends where you work and who you work with. I've had really laid-back managers and crazy, up-tight managers, so who knows.
