ur comments are falling on deaf ears- ceo just followed his way up the ladder by ridin daddy's coattails. he never had to get down at entry level and actually work- he was always handled with kid gloves since every one in Kansas knew who his daddy was. if u notice he is very quick too unload his stock options and bank that money away. if he was to get voted out tomorrow he has enuf millions to live like a king the rest of his life. most of the upper mgmt with any foresight and sense have retired early while the gettin was good and the golden parachutes were still available. the ones taking their places are those that meet a diversity status and may or may not have any real talent or skills to function well at their overpaid positions.

the current braintrust will keep everything status quo secretly knowing that the entire organization is becoming a house of cards. if u have stock options sell em asap and make sure ur 401K isn't all Kroger lest you get to retirement and find out ur broke and hopeless.
