a fellow employee told me that if you want to transfer to another store they have to honor your request. He said, yea at first they will say no but all you have to do is say we will let the union decide. You can choose the store.
you'll still be placed by seniority and there has to be an available spot open at your destination store, even if you do decide to transfer. It's mostly at the discretion of the destination stores management.
