I would like to know if is possible, or OK to date your store manager. There is some conflict of interest going on also, she is the only one can wear heels and has a different dress cod,(no/ uniform) just the blue shirt, and a black blazer also. She is the only one can lleave early, because she has dates to attend or no babysitter..weird..of course this is just rumors, but, people had seem them together. She also gets the special early shift, because she has seniority they say. But I thought, and I might be wrong, that in management there is no seniority, the store manager can schedule crms according to bussiness needs, but that's not happening. Who can I talk to or complain about this. Thanks.
Everything you described is exactly why a salaried manager is NOT supposed to date an hourly employee. Even if none of the obvious favoritism you described weren't going on, it's still taboo, for even the idea among the ranks that it might be happening, or could in the future.
