seriously~~why is this so screwed up? how the heck do i read that stupid thing and make it match???~~set up to fail? makes me feel real stupid~~no help...lame training~~i give up.
what so complicated about it? you cook up the appropriate amount if Colossal Birds and the "New" Savory Birds four times a day roughly around the times they want. Toss in Turkey if asked for. Then do some Baked /BBQ / Fried Chicken a crapload of times for the warmers.
or do what the majority of deli chicken clerks do - fudge it!

Dude but that is the problem there is no training hours.
They give us huge overtime for company coming but no hours to train except on the computer lets get real. Kroger and our customers would be much better off having trained employees.

we got a new girl in our deli the other day. she sorta show up all the sudden to my surprise. well i would say she got all of 3 hrs of floor training then set loose. great night to start right after a huge rainstorm and power outages in area. everybody restocking their fridge. all us on the earlier shift made bets if she would come back the next day. surprisingly she did.
i agree that training is weak at best. they should have a trainer who gets extra pay in each department. this poor girl was houred in as part of the department. what the hell is management thinking? cant they bring her in under training hours. it is ridiculous to say the least.

Can't you increase/decrease the amount cooked during a time? If for example you sold 15 in a day couldn't you just write BoM "Base on Movement" or BS "Building Sales"?
