I have no doubt in my mind that my Krogers Meat Department has by far the strongest union than any other local here in the Southwest division. We do not sign ANY papers involving policies such as cutting gloves, bogus Meat Safety Standards, etc. We just simply tell them we acknowledge, but we will not sign. We also keep informed on whats going on with our union. Management typically leaves us alone most of the time for the simple fact that we're not afraid to call the union on them and thats the good thing too our representation works hard and aggressively. Oh and lets not forget that famous phrase when they load you up with more work than you can handle and complain why is isn't done -- "You should of hired that Octopus when you had the chance." lol.
