I just received my 1st ever evaluation from Kroger. Pretty silly if you ask me. I was called up to the conference room where the co-manager + department manager were. I sat there and looked totally disinterested for the whole 3 minutes that he read whatever crap was on it. I didn't even bother to write any comments and just signed it and left.
Are all employees getting one of these now? Any one else get on recently>

I had one too, and my department manager wasn't even there because she was on vacation. I don't know who came up with this week to do these things, but it's pointless when she didn't even put any comments in any of the boxes. So basically the co-manager was just like, oh idk why she put any of these... um yeah very helpful.
they should be doing it every year to help you "improve" and "want to do better". I remember asking about them and you saying you've never had to do one. Your District manager must have gotten onto your managers about them. :P
