My theory is that Key Retailing is finally hitting them where the sun doesn't shine. They're getting more and more desperate it seems these days. Yes, they still implement failed programs to keep it going, but judging by the gross profits of several departments I would say the expectations of them are falling more shorter and will keep falling short until we have a course correction.
