kneepads kneepads kneepads - they are not always so big and bulky like you might think. Check out some of the sporting goods stores for some better looking slimmer ones. If they still make your knees hurt go up a notch on protection. Nobody cares if you wear clunkers though... We have the last laugh when someone else's knees look like sunken pits after years of no protection. And frankly nobody cares how they look. Trust me on that one. I will never go to work without a pair again.

Kroger won't pay for your surgery either. They'll say you use your knees outside of work to avoid any worker comp claim.

I don't have this problem. When I have to stock things on the bottom 2 shelves I plop my happy little ass on the floor. I catch flack from custemers and other employees, a like, but I'm not going to ruin my knees/back for these people. You can also get up without using your knees.

Just the other day I simply ignored a man making fun of me for sitting down to stock things on the bottom shelf. **** him, **** his family, and **** his way of life.

My grocery manager learned real quick that i don't give a crap about what he thinks when i sit down to stock. I laugh at him for not using the idea to save his own knees.

I got diagnosed with tendonitis today. The doctor said it's not permanent, so I'm happy.

yea u can get elongated knee pads that actually go down your calf some.   those are more comfortable.  also sitting on you ass works good.  knee pads can be a work tax write off.

don't go on your knees, just squat or sit down when you hit the low shelves

I have them and I am not a stocker. I also have "Kroger Feet" but not this kind.

I have kroger feet for working there almost 20 years.
