I work midnights stocking and over the weekend the guy that does our floors at night threatened me in Spanish.
It happened when I entered the doors that lead to the back warehouse area next to the produce back room and I had no witnesses, but I got it on audio recording. I don't know Spanish but the guy starts yelling in Spanish and throws down his dust mop and throws up his fists wanting to fight me, I stood there and folded my arms and then pointed at the door and I said go! So he did and was mumbling something as he went. The reason I had the audio recorder going is because he has done this before in the past at another Kroger that I transferred from. It is like he followed me so, that he can harass me, and one of the stockers a few months back that no longer works at Kroger told me that Amigo said that he does not like me. Well yesterday morning when I go off I played the audio recording to my store manager and he told me if he does it again let him know. What can they do to him he is a contract worker, to me all they could do is make him go back to the other store. I'm not afraid of the little guy he probably weighs 120 pounds and I'm 300 pounds. What he is doing he is trying to get me to flare up and do something like hit him so that he can get me fired and I'm not falling for it.
Even better yet you should tell him that you have a close relative who works for homeland security, and all you need to do is make one phone call to send his worthless wet back azz to Mexico in a box. Or better yet, maybe Kroger will hire him to work in their warehouse with all the other no good, stupid, lazy Mexican turds.
It's simple, though. Kroger contracts with a third party company for this kind of work. All your manager needs to do is complain to the company this guy works for, and they should remove him. It just takes a manager that will nut up and handle **** like this. Some will, some won't.
Who's the person in charge for your night shift? I had this same problem with an offensive cleaner and after a few of us complained we got a different one. If he's coming in for the nightshift with you get with your grocery manager so he/she can get with a store manager during the day to discuss the issue. Our grocery manager does not like anyone or anything interupting shelf stocking, and its typically cleaners being douchebags.
I talked to the grocery manager about him and he said the guy doesn't have a life, he works 7days a week with no day off and also works a day job painting with his son. Another employee says that Amigo comes in drunk sometimes and doesn't realize that he has pee-peed on himself, they tell me just to ignore him but that is hard to do.

Our 2 night time floor guys are from Russia and are a lot of fun. They always laugh at me when I do my bad Russian accent. We went out drinking one night and these guys can drink Vodka like water. Both their wives are also from Russia and are real hot babes. Unlike the Mexicans, These guys came here legal and are very hard workers. They just wanted a better life for their families.

I get it from no account illegals that come to this country and try to undercut our wages and American way of life. If these filthy little basturds want to live 20 in a motel room like sheep, then so be it. But I don't want myself or my family living in a cardboard box to make Wal-Mart richer.
Let me just start by saying I have no interest in defending any ethnic/racial group here but, when you refer to the jobs these illegal immigrants are stealing, are they really stealing them from you? Would you like to be cleaning toilettes and mopping floors? Not me! I want a better job than that.
Now if you really want to complain about people not contributing to this American economy, speaking of lazy people, look around honey, this group is pretty large and includes more than Hispanics, actually, it includes plenty of legal, born Americans who are living off government assistance, reproducing like rabbits and paying their iphones and fattening sodas with food stamps, yes, those food stamps funded by your taxes. Sucks ah?! Im pretty upset myself with this situation.
And speaking of Walmart, dont judge the suckers who work, illegally or legally, for $3/hr, judge the born Americans who hire them and import all their nasty cheap stuff from China killing the domestic industry.
