Just a thought, folks. I sometimes shop at store #115; tonight when I was there, I had occassion to use their facilities.
Now.
As compared to say, WALMART, the rest room I went into was as fresh, clean, and inviting as any you'd find in a country club! So much so that it made me write of the store's number and compliment them here. It left that good of an impact. It's true what is said: Make your environment more appealing, you'll win every time. In business terms, this always equals more $$.
.......Unfortunately I had to once again steel myself for a Black Male Invasion. I'm at the auto-check, dude who is obviously up to no good behind me. Midway thru, I hear "Yo big man----you drive here?" I turned, looked him in the eye and said "NO." Dude was dressed and looked and shifted around and gave off every other signal that he would have jacked me in a second.
I have to admit our guys do keep up pretty good on the bathrooms. They wipe, bleach, and sanitize the stalls. They also wash down the bathrooms every Monday and Thursday top to bottom.

I am no longer part of the oppressed, evil workforce of Kroger! Can you say "Hallelujah"
Our store used to have a company come in several times a week and clean the toilets. Ever since Kroger started all these hour cut backs, the bathroom cleaning is now reserved for who ever management happens to be pissed off at the moment. You should see all the garbage written everywhere on the walls. Local college students have kicked the sinks from the wall, ripped off the tolit seat, and take a big dump on the floor. No respect for others. Not even themselves.
