its not what you know that gets you promoted or excellent grades on your key retailing walk its WHO YOU F'IN KNOW ... SOO ask yourself r u a rat or a cat
Comes down to this.It is not as much what you can or cannot do but who they (management)feels they can trust, lead and count on day to day , to get the job done the way the company wants it done.If they have NO confidence in your long term ability to get it done , then you will not get the respect you deserve to get a promotion , a department manager position or move up farther.
