how many call ins are you allowed during employee probation at kroger in arkansas (jacksonville)?

during your probationary period it is HIGHLY recommended that you do not call off or come in late and work the best you can. You have as long as you work there after that to slack off once you're hired on but until then I recommend not doing it. If it's really something that you absolutely need to do I would say that twice would be the maximum.

Otherwise you're just showing them that you may not be worth keeping around.

In the Ohio Valley stores....they are so desperate for help....none of that even matters anymore. Im amazed at the b.s. demands of new hires. 20 years ago they wouls have canned people immediately for what they get by with now. just sayin

 I know just what you mean, cupcake. My store literally can't find decent help to save our souls....If something crazy happens and we actually luck into hiring someone good, with the way hours are budgeted they don't stay hardly any time at all. Retail has fast become only good for young students still living with mom n dad, or retirees already drawing a pension.

does not matter if you have none or many. The company can cut you loose for no reason while you are in your probation period.
