I have been hearing rumors that one of my co-workers wants to bump my schedule because he is being scheduled 2 hours later than his normal start time one day a week.  We both get 40 hours since we are both full time.  I am getting pissed off about this because I have saved his ass time and time again by coming in earlier than my normal start time to help him.  Now he wants my two days off so his start times remain the same throughout the week.  He does have more seniority so he can do it but he can forget about using me as a lifeline next time he gets into a jam !
