IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS

If you were only just a bit closer to my area I would certainly come over and help you. Dallas is unfortunately too far and would hurt my pocket book to make the trip there. Now if I could run your market on the weeks your on vacation that would be a different story. :)

It is going to be a lot of fun the rest of this year. Start a regrand opening next week and half the help that is coming from other stores will not be there. Have no market assistant and only one that wants the job but was sent from the store because of theft and shrink problems. Got rid of one person and cannot schedule two others because of their availability issues and when I need them. Have three new employees that has less days experience than I have years with Kroger. The only good Lunchmeat lady had to do seafood and other areas and leaves me without a lunchmeat person with a clue of what to do or the desire to want to try and do it  right. Four weeks of this and then all the holidays to deal with. And then there is 5 more weeks of vacation time to be scheduled in the meat and seafood department. And then there is the Stor manager getting a promotion and having to break in another store manager at the same time.

No quality help, no assistant, no cutter, re-grand opening, holidays, new manager and vacations to think about.

CAN KROGER LIfE GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS?

You got this! You seem like you can get through it. That also sounded like my last job for 5 straight years....and all of those years with no raise. It could always, always be worse. I hope your new hires have sense and are willing and able workers that catch on quickly. Good luck with your grand re-opening!

Are you in Ft Wayne? I heard the night they opened for the families they had to close early for someone had a melt down about a position and the cost of something.

Of coruse noone in management is talking because it would shine a dull light on K.

We had a dept manager in the zone who told Bob M the truth and the next week he was out of the postion and now is a bagger. KROGER way dont tell the truth.

....Sure it gets better than this!

I seriously had a chick just leave here after we explored EVERY SQUARE INCH OF EACH OTHER'S BODIES. Dam. Nasty tasting clit, dirty whore, but I've had worse!

Hey: One good thing about an ex, they're like passing an entrance exam. You're ALWAYS IN.

Problem is that there are 10 people in 7 stores within 8 miles of my store that are qualified as an assistant. It would cause a few of them to need to drive a few extra miles to work but they do not want to leave their stores. Everyone wants the possition just for the pay and not the job.  Had one interested in doing it but the Meat MR shot it down saying the kid has a mental problem with depression.

DONT WE ALL if we still work for kroger?

cause kroger doesnt want good experienced help.  They want to pump as many new people in so they can slash hours and keep people from getting full time.
