Your boss comes to you and ask you to work two overnight. The she constanly complains about your performance. The another employee gets in your face saying that they were given your hours because you were not doing the job good enough. Now we suppose to have a new e schedule. She writews in the girls hours and all that kind of ****. I do know this if you wan to use someone thats fine. But don't go behind my back andf tell some ----- to get my face with it. They are a much of antagonizers. Well I hope she works because do not ask me to do it anymore ------. And it they read this then you can get one of your wannabe to keep talking that **** to me.
The next time they complain about your performance and they called you in just tell them "Hey, you have some nerve to call me in and then gripe about my performance? I didn't have to go in and help you, but I did. If my performance isn't up to your standards i'm clocking out and enjoying the rest of my off day."

Isn't it odd how some bosses don't like your performance, but then the next thing you know, they're crying and screaming to get you in on a day off, or they need the help because so-and-so didn't show up, or all of a sudden, they're willing to give you hours because they have no one else, but they can't admit that they NEED you...When THEIR backs are against the wall, who are THEY gonna call? It's always that catch-22, isn't it? Sad, but true...
