Good luck. The union protects both good competent employees, as well as those who don't do sh*t. I'm sorry, we've had a dept head not doing his job for the past 7 years, as well as running people off with his terrible passive aggressive attitude. He gets talked to about it, and only changes for about a week before he's back to his *******ry and working too hard at looking like he's doing his job while not doing it. He's perfected it to an art, I'm kind of amazed. Lol
