According to the Hr site, my next payraise is set to begin on the 23rd of this month.  Since the 23rd is on a Tuesday will my raise begin on the Sunday before or the next week?

Where are you seeing that at? In personal profile? Mine only says when my last wage increase was, not that they are giving me any more. lol

Depends on which Job title your at and what job step, I know I am level 4 and dont believe I can get a raise unless I get promoted.
