lets see here
wil guess he passed hid drug test and criminal backround checks
Probably not an out going person and may like to be left alone
he probably is not you or who you want him to be.
May have a sence of humor that is differant from yoursor your friends.
billions ofpeople in the world and they are not all the same , as you
Guess it would be best to do either one of two options.
flat out kill him because he does not fit your modle of who you think he should be.
or
Just leave him alone and but out of his bussiness.
23 years with kroger and i have worked with more people that I can think of that is differant than me and I am sure many more that think I do not meet the mold of who they think I should be.
But then i do not practice the art of discrimination except for when it come to work.
If they can do the work or tasks asked of them then great. If they are lazy and just do not care or willing to work then get rid of them.
Hell I work work with a guy that attempts to murder people on a weekly basis and will some day. Nices person you would ever want to meet. Married, kids, unionmember, goes to church, long term employee and customers love him.
But he does not understand you can not and probably will kill people if you drink and continue to drive.
Guess since this person is not normal to your standards you shuold just report him to homeland security and then kill him. after all he is differant from you and your friends.
You never know with some people...If this guy really is how you describe, I would keep a sharp eye on him.
We had a L.P.N. at the hospital I used to work at; he was pretty cool at first. Gradually, tho, I started hearing complaints about how quiet and creepy-acting he was becoming. He would be found reading books on police crimes, s&m and medieval torture techniques. After having roughly half of his co workers from the E.D. increasingly becoming nervous and complaining about him, I took matter into my own hands.....and talked with the dept. Director. She blew it off pretty much the was Grumpy did, just in more professional words.
GUESS WHAT: A month later, this 'L.P.N.' made the nightly news for pulling a loadedgun on another nurse in the E.D.
Any one laughing and waving a dead cat in other peoples' faces is a NUT CASE.
I wouldn't be afraid to go to work, but I would maybe talk to other people and see what they think about him. Acting like a sociopath does not equal "having a different sense of humor". :/
Be friends with the crazy people. If you're their friend you'll be less likely to be killed when they go crazy. Even saying "I don't hate you" goes a long way.

We had to fire a cart pusher a few months ago......Young guy, early twenties, hard worker. Similar profile, very quiet. Liked to spend all his breaks alone, always reading these huge, voluminous swords n' sorcery fantasy books. Problem? No.
But this guy walked around never saying anything to anyone, and if you spoke to him he would stare at you like you weren't there and just grunt something.... and with this scowl on his face like a tattoo. You could just feel the air grow cold when he walked by you.
Well, he latched on to one of our young pretty girls in soft lines; they'd be talking in the break room. Trouble was, he apparently creeped her out some how and she gave him the boot. He followed her around like a lost dog until she came to us, apologetically. We spoke with the lad. I'll never forget the look in his eyes. There was him and three of us managers in the office, and I had the distinct feeling that if he'd had an assault rifle, we'd have all been dead.
Shortly there after, his 'girl friend' had her new (REAL) boy friend coming around the store. A week later she went to her car, found a tire slashed.....and a Valentine's candy box full of dead bugs sitting on her driver's seat. The worst part? Her rear tail light had been pulled out by the wire, the bulb smashed, and the contents stuffed into her gas tank funnel. J E S U S. We should have called in the fkin F.B.I. over that, but our boss made the decision to just quietly axe him. Did we have O.J. Simpson proof it was him? No.
Sometimes you don't need that.
So, yeah........Leave quiet people alone; don't hate on them just because they're that way. But if they send fire stripes up your basic jungle instinct system-----which we all have, whether we choose to listen to it or not-----Keep a sharp eye on them.
i have been avioding this dude so hard lately watching from a distance i already know my escape route if it pops off depending on which aisle i'm on goal is to escape through the backroom or if he has the doors jammed i would escape through the ceiling in the bathroom.... and btw the dude was not speakng or nothing just non stop laughing throwing the dead cat in peoples faces to get a reaction afterwords he walked off the the other side off the building with it nobody knew what he did with it
Did you tell management about the dead cat incident? They need to know that so that they can keep an eye on him and will have this incident on record so that they can take stronger action if something else happens.
What? Didn't you wave your dead cat back at him? That's how we do it at my store, and then we laugh about it. It's a good time.
Seriously though, keep an eye on him, and get on his good side if you can. If you do it right, he'll just shoot up management and let you go. Who knows, maybe he'll toss you a pistol and you can get a few shots in too.
